Our Practice

We have two plastic surgery centers that can easily be reached from most locations in the Greater Phoenix Metropolitan area. Our main office is located in North Scottsdale east of the Loop 101 at 10290 N. 92nd St. in Suite 304. This is just south of Shea Blvd. on 92nd St. on the Campus of Scottsdale Healthcare- Shea in the North Medical Plaza II building.

Our Glendale office is situated in the Arrowhead Commons complex at 18275 N. 59th Ave. in Bldg. E Suite 126. This is on the east side of 59th Ave. just south of Union Hills Ave. and the Loop 101. We are open Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm.

We offer thorough consultations during which Dr. Turkeltaub will examine you as well as discuss with you the procedures, risks, complications, expectations and any alternatives for the procedures that you are considering. Having your best interests in mind, Dr. Turkeltaub will not hesitate to advise against plastic surgery if he believes that it would not be the best course of action for you. To further assist you in understanding the procedures, we have literature available for you to take home.

During your consultation, Dr. Turkeltaub can provide computer-generated imaging to allow you to see the outcomes your plastic surgery choices might bring. This imaging does not provide a guarantee, but can definitely help to clarify some of the possibilities.

Financing is also available. Financing options can be discussed during your visit. You can also visit our financing page to apply online directly. If you are considering breast reduction or breast reconstruction and have health insurance, these may be covered benefits. We are providers for several insurance plans.

Most of our plastic surgery procedures are performed in hospital-affiliated outpatient centers in the greater Phoenix area. The facilities are clean, safe, comfortable, and suited to your needs. Overnight stays with 24-hour nursing care are available at reasonable rates. Our plastic surgery office in Scottsdale has its own private surgical facility where a variety of minor procedures can be performed.
